REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that our courses

can be completed in under one hour, we have the following refund policy:

Refunds are available under these conditions:

- Within 48 hours of purchase

- You must complete the full course (under 1 hour to finish)

- You must contact us via email at trkamail10@gmail.com

- If you genuinely didn't learn anything new, we'll provide a full refund

We want you to actually try the course before deciding. This policy

ensures you give the content a fair chance while still protecting you

from buyer's remorse.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

2. Include your order number and reason for refund

3. We will review your completion status in our system

4. If you completed the course and still aren't satisfied, we'll refund you

5. Approved refunds will be processed promptly

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUNDS IF:

- You have NOT completed the full course

- You have a history of multiple refund requests across our platform

- We detect abuse of our refund policy

- The refund request is due to purchasing duplicate content via bundles

(as explained on our courses page)

- The request is made after 48 hours from purchase
